Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses

The Website refuses the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this site by email collection programs or other technical devices, and please note that violations will result in criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
- No person shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically gather email addresses from the website without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.
- No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
- No person shall use any email addresses that are prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under paragraphs 1 and 2 for information transmission if they are aware of the violations.
Article 74 (Penalties) Anyone who falls under any of the following items shall be subject to a fine of up to 10 million won.
- Those who display for sale or sell in violation of Article 8, Section 4.
- Those who distribute, sell, rent, or publicly display obscene symbols, language, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7, Section 1, Clause 1.
- Those who repeatedly cause symbols, language, sounds, images, or videos that induce fear or anxiety to reach the other party in violation of Article 44-7, Section 1, Clause 3.
- Those who take technical measures in violation of Article 50, Section 6.
- Those who send advertising information in violation of Article 50, Section 8.
- Those who collect, sell, or distribute email addresses or use them for information transmission in violation of Article 50, Section 2.
- Those who send advertising information in violation of Article 50, Section 8.
- Those who fail to report changes in registration or notify the transfer, acquisition, merger, or inheritance of the business in violation of Article 53, Section 4.
